All-In-One Community Management Services
All-In-One Community Management (AIO) provides Walker’s Ridge HOA with the necessary tools to efficiently run their homeowners’ association. The Board of Directors (BOD) makes the decisions for the HOA and AIO manages the day-to-day operations.
Financial Management

Annual Assessment Billing

· Assist Yearly Budget Preparation and Management

· File Annual Corporate Registration with Secretary of State

· Maintain Owner Names and Contact Information
· Coordinate Distribution of Association Rules, Welcome Letters, Documents

· Vendor Management: Solicit Bids, Hire, Fire & Manage Vendors as Board Requests
· Verify Vendors have Insurance
CC&R and Rules and Regulations
· Enforcement of Rules and Regulations at the Directive of the Board
· Perform Property Inspections
· Collect, Assemble and Distribute Modification Requests to ACC for Approval
· Liaison Between Homeowner and ACC for Modification Requests
Customer Service
· Respond to Owner Phone Calls and Emails
· Liaison Between Owner Members and Board of Directors
